The @RamsNFL Davante Adams ruptured his hamstring. He’s out 8 to 10 weeks.

On this @RamsNFL “Crucial Catch” game, the feel at halftime was filled with cancer survivors.
I was fortunate to be up with them.
I met some incredibly inspiring people who are a bright light to this dark disease!

The @UCLAFootball team is 6-0!
The Bruins best start since 2022 under Chip Kelly.
That team finish number 21 in the nation.
This team has its eye on the college football playoffs!!

A tip of the @ABC7 Cap to the @Brewers - advancing to the #WorldSeries for the 1st time in 44-years!
Thanks for all the great memories, @Dodgers - what a run!!!

Sometimes you tip your cap to the better team.

The @RamsNFL released kicker Harrison Mevis.
I NEVER like to see a person lose a job.
However - last night was just one layer to the “stinky onion”
Kickoffs - !No Bueno! ✅
Low trajectory ✅
Inconsistent this year ✅
Good dude!!! I wish him well!

The @Dodgers down 2-0 in the NLCS will be discussing benching the struggling Shohei Ohtani. He has just one hit in the series, and he hasn’t hit a home run in almost 2 months.
We’ll have the story life from Milwaukee right after the @RamsNFL game.

A tip of the @ABC7 To Mookie Betts! He challenges the pitch in the first inning where he would’ve struck out according to the umpire. Instead, he draws the walk and eventually scores a run!

“I’ve never seen anyone prepare like him -no one. I had Clayton Kershaw for 10-years. No one did it like him (Kershaw) until Yamamoto.”
Manager Dave Roberts on what makes Yoshinobu Yamamoto great. He’s 5-0 in his last five postseason starts.

Brice Turang from Santiago high school in Corona just tied the game with a home run.
It also caused the first “smoke delay” that I’ve seen in my career!
😳🤷♂️😂

Dave Roberts before tonight’s game #1 of the NLCS.
On success on the road in the postseason…
“We’ve had a lot of experience winning on the road. It’s not easy to win here. We feed off the energy here - ironically.”
Learning from what the Padres did vs. Misiorowski….
“To think you’re going to catch it out front is bananas. We have to be patient.”
On Ohtani struggles…
“When you don’t have success, you lose confidence- that’s normal for anybody. It’s about having good at bats.”
On Milwaukee’s success…
“They’re in every game. How do you combat that? You try to get them to play from behind. They play baseball the way it was designed to play.”
On the challenge of trying to repeat vs Brewers….
“The ones that can repeat are the ones that can match the intensity and hunger. You have to match the intensity of the teams you’re playing.”
The @Dodgers advance to the NLCS for the eighth time in the last 11 seasons!
