Cursor is developing a general-purpose AI agent called Sand as it looks beyond coding tools for its next wave of growth.
The product could put Cursor more directly against Anthropic’s Claude Cowork and OpenAI’s ChatGPT Work.

GPT-5.6 Sol and Luna are ahead of Terra at every point on the Intelligence vs Cost per Task chart. GPT-5.6 Luna stands out as a particularly cost efficient model
Charting the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index shows the trade-off between intelligence and Cost per Intelligence Index Task. Across reasoning efforts, each GPT-5.6 model pushes past GPT-5.5 on the Pareto frontier (excluding non-reasoning).
However, Luna and Sol are always ahead of Terra. This means for any Terra effort level, there is a Luna or Sol effort level that is more intelligent at no extra cost, or as intelligent at lower cost.

Why is it ‘cancelled’ in the U.K. but ‘canceled’ in the U.S.?
Because we gave them that L in 1776.
The Vibe Coders are already winning. And this is when they should be most disadvantaged.

In #ClaudeCowork or #Codex prompt your /skill-creator to set up evals and do a self-assessment loop until it's satisfied.
Muuuuuch better quality of skills when doing so.
On the @memgrizz draft day decision of Boozer vs Wilson, I struggle to see much differentiation between Santi and Boozer. Both are high IQ below the rim players with a good shooting touch and passing chops who lack defensive versatility. Maybe Boozer brings a bit more rebounding.
I want #Codex to have the Hail Mary rocky voice and cadence.
Is this ok, question?
