60% of the capital city can go for 3 good weeks without 10 hours of power supply.. Na ijero go come get light!? 😂😂
Good Morning @ekitistategov @MinofinfoEKSG @biodunaoyebanji
Six months without electricity in a community in Ijero-Ekiti, and residents have resorted to buying a device called “Jaza” just to charge their phones. In 2026? This is absolutely unacceptable!
Where are the local government chairman, councillors and other elected representatives? Is this how we expect our communities to develop?
This is one of the reasons Ekiti State is not progressing as rapidly as it should. How can we attract serious investors when basic infrastructure like electricity is lacking? What investor wants to establish a business in an environment where there is no reliable power supply?
The government needs to wake up, investigate this situation and restore electricity. Development cannot happen in darkness, and the people of Ijero deserve better!

🚨🌏 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋: FIFA have tested new match rules at the U-15 World Cup in Baku, aiming to make games flow better and give players more time on the ball. ✅
The new laws:
- Unlimited subs
- Kick-ins instead of thrown-ins
- Offside only applies beyond specially marked lines 14 metres from the goal line
🗣️ Arsene Wenger: "At this age, the most important thing is to play. We wanted it to be a reduced number, not 11 against 11."
"Because the difference between the countries would be too big. We wanted shorter games so that everybody can play everybody."
How does choosing Nigeria affects his club career?
💔🇳🇬 NAIJA GOALKEEPER CRIED AFTER BEING TOLD HE CAN'T PLAY FOR NIGERIA!
Al Ain goalkeeper Hassan Sani, 20, was reportedly left in tears after being forced to turn down Nigeria U23 invitation!
Super Eagles coach Éric Chelle called him for the friendly vs Russia, but UAE rules stopped him.
Sani has UAE citizenship and plays as a LOCAL at Al Ain. If he represents Nigeria, he loses His UAE 🇦🇪 Citizenship status — and could lose his club career!
His rep said:
🗣️ "He was in tears when he was told he can't play for Nigeria else he will lose his spot at the club and also his career. His dream has always been to play for Nigeria."
Another talent forced to choose career over country! 😭
