What “proletariat”? You mean 12% of China population engaged in factory work? They don’t control anything whatsoever. China is run by bureaucracy since Confucius. Most of China economy is private enterprise, including all frontier AI companies. You are just wrong about Fascism. Capital does not control anything there! The State has ultimate control. Not capitalist, not proletariat, not farmers. The State, personified by a Leader. Private enterprise and reasonable competition is much better for economic growth. But had to be tightly controlled. This is “Fascism”, not “Socialism”.

Btw, there is no “capital” in Socialism. Means of production belong to the State. Some exceptions can be made for agricultural communes or buildings cooperatives but any significant enterprise - 100% belongs to the State. So there is no Capital to “subjugate” by proletariat or anyone else under Socialism.

This is so irrational. Many people have too many mirror neurons, they are obsessed with some person they never knew dying in highly publicized manner. “So tragic! He could have lived!”. Well no, he would have died anyway, just a bit later. If you live in big city like London, about 500 people there die every day. You are going to die, your children as well (most likely). Humans die. This can be viewed as a “tragedy”, but Socrates had much better viewpoint.
