Yesterday, we surveyed for Endangered short-horned lizards. Masters of camouflage, these sit-and-wait predators blend perfectly into the badlands, making them incredibly difficult to find—even when you know where to look! 🦎 #grasslands #SpeciesAtRisk #AlbertaWildlife #lizard

Alberta is leading a responsible plan to protect communities and the environment.
That’s why we stepped up with $125 million in funding over the next five years for a new Drought and Flood protection program.
Our budget commitments look to the future. So, as part of this we are investing an additional $19 million for a new water strategy to bring Alberta’s water management into the 21st century.
