ATF Releases NFA guidance in response to the Texas NFA lawsuit:
"Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation."
Technology is great—customer service, not so much.
Left my AirPods at SJC, located them at the terminal with Find My, and filed claims with @AmericanAir and @FlySJC. Days later: no response. SJC won’t look for them. Guess I have to fly back and recover them myself. Great service.

I have been trying to cancel @A_Leadss subscription for MONTHS, with ZERO response. I have followed their process, submitted thru the website, emailed support, even responded to their sales email that sent to me, and have gotten ZERO response. They continue to charge me for a service i am NOT using and refuse to respond. This is a fraud and terrible lack of customer service! maybe the @FTC would be interested in this practice
If your email account gets compromised, the attacker can reset almost every other password you have. Your email is the master key. Treat it like one. Two-factor authentication. Strong unique password. Do it today. It takes five minutes. @protectitall

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.
I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC.
