Most AI-generated video circulating social media right now is easy to spot, but every so often something comes along that could fool you if you don’t watch closely.
This is a good example. The presenter blinks unnaturally often, but otherwise it doesn’t have many glaring flaws.
Today, Pakistan is making its mark on the global stage. Despite persistent propaganda from adversaries and hostile elements claiming that peace talks would never happen, the reality tells a different story. As a BBC correspondent noted, regardless of the final outcome, this itself is a significant success for Pakistan.

While Pakistan is hosting US-Iran peace talks, the video is AI-generated and not a real BBC report. BBC has no correspondent "Gwen Wells," and BBC's Ione Wells confirmed it's fake: x.com/ionewells/stat…

It’s hard to believe the leading child actor in #Adolescence had no experience before this series. He does an excellent job.
The story is predictable for those familiar with online subcultures, but it’s a credit to Jack Thorne that he doesn't throw in any forced plot twists.
One thing that didn't happen in TikTok's court case was the disclosure of the classified evidence that the U.S. government has against the app, the evidence that's likely to be more than hypothetical.
Members of Congress have seen it, but the judges decided to discard it.
My first visit to Israel was in 2018. Everyone I met treated me hospitably without asking about my nationality or my politics.
The differences between our governments obviously aren’t going to be solved soon. I just hope that doesn’t prevent us from treating each other decently.
🇮🇪 Ireland has become like a toilet that shits into itself
It’s obsessive, ill-informed, ignorant, supercilious animosity towards the worlds only Jewish country - and only the Jewish country - singularly above any other country on earth - of which there are many mired in phenomenal sin - has led Ireland to ooze odious bilge and moronic assaults on language, reality and legal codes - poisoning and tainting it’s own culture and intellectual life in the process - becoming a toilet that shits into itself - endlessly shitting and flushing crap into its own system
An alleged document from the State Council and the Central Military Commission purports to order overseas dependants of military personnel to return home by February in response to "the complex international situation."
The presentation is almost right except for one giveaway.
I normally tweet about other things, but this deserves a response.
The claim that the violence in Amsterdam was triggered by a flag and a provocative chant isn't supported by social media evidence.
A confrontation with Maccabi Tel Aviv fans was planned in advance. #ajamac
⚡️IMPORTANT: This is what Maccabi Tel Aviv Hooligans did in the Netherlands that triggered all the violence against them after the authorities did nothing, don’t let anyone twist it.
Israelis are not the victim.
They took down Palestine’s flag and then it all started.
An eyewitness stated: “It all kicked off when they pulled a Palestinian flag off a facade. Then they started provoking and destroyed a taxi driver's car and beat up the driver themselves.”
Some Maccabi fans were seen with metal chains, ready to attack.
Also during tonight’s match between Ajax and Maccabi Tel Aviv, the Israeli supporters refused to hold a minute of silence for Valencia flood victims. They even started illegal fireworks.

They sang racist extermination songs
“Let the IDF win to Fuck the Arabs”
Maccabi Tel Aviv hooligans chant their genocidal song while being protected by the police in Amsterdam, this song they’re chanting has a part that says “there are no schools in Gaza because there are no children left”.
Another major U.S. university has ended its partnership in China, and if Congress has its way, exchanges in almost any field of study are only going to get harder.

Ming Pao reports that Qin Gang is not working at World Affairs Press — it’s someone else with the same name as the former foreign minister.

@GovKathyHochul said today she asked for Huang’s expulsion following the indictment of a former staffer accused of acting as a Chinese agent.

China was barely mentioned at either party's convention, so the question is: will China policy in the U.S. be upended when the next president takes office, or will there be continuity?
