I could not cope with this moment! So many of us people of colour have been on the other side of white tears. The white fragility: making their emotions the centre of it, displacing any part they had to play in antagonising and complete victim reversal. Girl get in the bin!
Micro aggression disguised as humour is a very typical thing old school British White drag queens do, itβs awful to see but Iβm glad you can see what so many POC Queens have to deal with #dragraceuk
I really donβt like this idea that weβre all supposed to be perfect beings who never say the wrong thing, never fuck up and never offend anyone. Human beings are messy. We hold multitudes within us: contradictions, flaws, darkness, kindness and more! Weβre not holier than thou.
Fictional book characters on the runway. Lucky Roy Singh could have gone as herself. #DragRaceUK
Had so much fun at the King of Drag premiere last night in West Hollywood. So grateful to be in these amazing and creative spaces ππ½β€οΈ
