Regardless of how many times this tweet has been stolen, it is still very misleading. One of these bullets was not fired. It was stationary. As a result this is absurdly easy to recreate and is not nearly as rare as the tweet claims.

Kim made it sexy and fashionable. Missy brought creativity. Lauryn brought soul & RB. But Nicki Minaj turned female rap into a profitable brand, made it global, and demanded female rappers be respected…and she did it all by herself. She is the face of female rap and is still writing the blueprint/formula on what a female rapper should aspire to be.
