Amazing: Manuel Álvarez Escudero 104, is believed to be the world's oldest active chess player. The Spanish player, rated 1750 Elo, still plays tournaments and simultaneous matches, credits his longevity to a healthy lifestyle, and stays sharp by combining chess with regular exercise.

When you’re a startup, the last thing you want to be doing is building glue code.
You want to spend all your time instead building your core business logic.

Writing well is a true super power.
Your career will accelerate if you :
- Write clear concise messages to your team mates
- Write great pieces of documentation
- Write your knowledge online in a blog or twitter
If there's one thing I recommend you practise, it's your writing!
