The article says she a leader, NO SHE NOT. She is a disgrace, from addressing citizens with sun glasses on indoors to her lack of geographical knowledge. Its questionable how she got that position, like many other Minsters, these are killing SA tax payers.

Now here’s a great suggestion @David_Makhura, would you mind if @OUTASA sent a PAIA application to your office for all documentation and details pertaining to the 24–hour R30m IT Tender. We’ll conduct the investigation, write the report and file charges on your behalf?
Even better.... @OUTASA to PAIA the relevant contract & supporting documentation and do the investigation themselves. Will be much quicker and more transparent.

Seems like a number of their stores have been doing this. Saw in a number of posts people complained about increased prices. Spar is yet to issue a public statement on how they have dealt with these shop owners.
What’s going on Spar.co.za? Pre Covid this orange juice sold for R29.99. Before 2 April R39.99. Yesterday R47.99. Excessive pricing?
