Our new paper is out @ESMO_Open, by @a_echle @GhaffariNarmin et al. We validate #AI for detection of #MSI in #colorectal #cancer. This is the largest such study to date (>8300 patients) and shows how to integrate this technology in diagnostic workflows sciencedirect.com/science/ar…
In this review, we summarize and compare the existing studies on Deep-Learning-based detection of MSI/dMMR in CRC, what has become a widely used benchmark task for academic studies in the field of computational pathology since 2019. @jnkath @GhaffariNarmin
