Been looking for a vintage Shuggie Otis for years (with this exact artwork), finally scored one. “Insipration Information” was reissued in 2001 (with 4 additional tracks incl. “Strawberry Letter 23”) with this album art. Shirt is from a 2003 world tour. Big find.

This is massive. Gov Tim Walz has just made Minnesota a trans refugee state with an EO! He will decline extradition requests. He will refuse subpoenas. No resource can be used to enforce bans. They will be the first state to upgrade to dark blue, safest states in my map.
