Why does every new car I've looked at, or test driven, feel like a downgrade on the 9 year-old 320d estate I'm looking to replace?

If you're planning to charge any electronic devices overnight, it might not be a good idea as there's a possibility of the batteries overheating in this weather.
I've just seen it happen with a doorbell battery I was charging and turned it off.
Out driving the other day, my sat nav displayed two signs that looked very similar to this (including the black surround), down a side road. I don't recognise this particular sign & Google can't differentiate it from the high-wind windsock. Any (serious) ideas as it's bugging me?
Here's an interesting one. My wife had her house and car keys stolen, so I booked the car (2017 Ford Focus) in for a recode to delete the stolen key. The locksmith told me after the job that there had been 51 keys coded in the car's memory!

Well, #genehackman has made it to 94. Happy birthday to the great man, and my comments from this day last year still stand:
Happy 93rd birthday Mr Gene Hackman, one of the finest Hollywood actors of all time.
Though Hackman was instantly recognisable when he appeared on screen, within his first scene you forgot the actor and saw only the character he was playing. That's talent. #GeneHackman #birthday
