Happy Tasmanian Devil Average Birthday!! 🥳🥳🥳
Tasmanian devils have a pretty well defined mating season, which means that most devils are born within a period of a couple of weeks in autumn. Meaning that every devils birthday is, on average, 1st April!

THE CUTEST ANIMAL!!! 🥹😍
Here on my finger is an adult Western PYGMY Possum! 🤯
Yes you read that right! These adorable mini marsupials only weigh 15 grams when fully grown and spend their nights bouncing around the desert looking for any banksias or other flowers! 🌸😋
Whilst helping out on biodiversity surveys with Snowline Ecology this week in the Victorian mallee we found many of these incredible animals! 🏜️
Being warmed up in our hands first thing in the morning, we put them back in any dense vegetation so they can rest up during the day for their big nights! 🌙
