Unfortunately, unlike FETH, there is no boob slider in FEFW. Instead, there are a few body types that the game can assign to each character's class outfits. These correspond to the character's Bld. F1 is "small" and F2 is "large." Olympia is F1, Leda is F2. See pictures below.
