मदरसों में शुक्रवार को छुट्टी रखने का एक मुख्य कारण शुक्रवार की नमाज़ की तैयारी के लिए समय देना था—जैसे नहाना, कपड़े धोना और उन्हें इस्त्री (ironing) करना। शुक्रवार को छुट्टी इसलिए चुनी गई ताकि स्टूडेंट्स को ब्रेक मिल सके, वे शुक्रवार की नमाज़ में भी शामिल हो सकें, और यह पक्का कर सकें कि उनकी पढ़ाई पर असर न पड़े। अब, मदरसा स्टूडेंट्स को रविवार को छुट्टी लेने के लिए मजबूर करने से, वे असल में अपनी पढ़ाई का एक दिन खो देंगे!

In my view, @Haqiqatjou clearly had the upper hand against Hassan Allahyari in yesterday’s debate on Imamah.
Yet some neo-Salafi commentators seem more interested in bringing Daniel down than assessing the arguments fairly. Presenting Allahyari as the clear winner and claiming Daniel could not answer before the full debate is publicly available primes neutral viewers to approach it with a preconceived verdict.
Let people watch the full exchange, weigh the arguments, and reach their own conclusions. If the purpose is to seek truth, personal rivalries should not dictate how the debate is presented.

He openly calls the Constitution fascist, labels secularism a trap, and denounces democracy as a contrivance to deny Muslims their political rights. He dismisses liberalism as a ploy for majoritarianism, and accuses the presiding deity of the liberal pantheon, Jawaharlal Nehru, of falsehood and myth-making for projecting an ancient, unbroken, unified Indian nation in his book, The Discovery of India. He has long disparaged Mahatma Gandhi as the biggest fascist of the 20th century for deploying the term Ram Rajya, and views the “Nation of India” as a fascist project.

Sharjeel Imam, inspite of the disagreements with him in several matters, the way he has highlighted the root cause of the reason for the state of the Muslims in India today (ie, the institutional policies and it's policy makers and their hypocrisy of the double standards, whether it was from the Congress or the liberal leftists who have been fooling the masses in the delusion of equality) needs to be brought out and made aware to the masses.
Although the certain matters of creed and solution which he has presented are openly disagreed, the route cause of problem highlighted is something that can't be denied by any sound mind.
May Allah guide him and us and make a way out for him.
