Here's my question. HOW do we let cable companies get away with being downright predatory. @optimum snuck HBO Max into my bill for 2 yrs, Found out when I went to cancel and got a. notification that I still owe $20 for the last month of HBO. Won't even waive the one month WILD

I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you think "all brokers fish the same pool of capacity", you're doing brokerage wrong (or working with the wrong brokers)
Maybe better training would help?
