The mile a day
The 50 pushups a day
Walking 10,000 steps a day
Walking after heavy meals
Making good choices with carbs
Morning fast
Eating when you’re actually hungry
I still need to add more strength training
But I think just being busy and being accountable as a broader guide is what’s been driving the weight loss
I was 220 when the Knicks won the title
I’m under 200 lbs for the 1st time since 2024…
I’m 5’10, goal is 185. But definitely wanted to stay below 200 so this is a good point of reflection.
