Yeahh we are waiting for LiveNation to address that issue now. And lets hope it wont happen during bts concert later
The question is how the 3rd party can get the QR ticket meant for the original purchaser. We dont have the answer for that since LiveNation hasnt address about this issue yet.
After the affected one fight and shows the purchase proof, the staff guide them in and they find out there were people already sitting at their seat. When they asked where they bought the tickets, those people said they bought from the 3rd party.
Hi. Apperently there was an issue about duplicate tickets happened during The Weeknd concert last 2 days. It happened to those who bought directly from GoLive website during ticketing date. The QR on their ticket cannot be scan and the staff told them the QR has been scan before.

So far tak jumpa lagi kes duplicate time day2 tapi ada kes lain pulak. Original seat kena restrict dgn lighting set so staff tukarkan seat (ada dlm record staff) tapi end up seat yg ditukarkan tu ada owner 🤦♀️. Mmg kena settle cepat, dari awal kita da fight pasal tiket dulu kan
