As someone who has been diagnosed with ADHD, I want to wish you a happy ADHD Awareness month.
I found my way to feeling more capable and confident when I realized the effect ADHD has on my life and daily routines.
Here's some facts about ADHD.

▫️Early intervention is shown to prevent further mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.
I'm thankful I revisited my childhood diagnosis as an adult. Treated with medication and therapy its made a huge difference.

Body lately:
- tore ligaments in ankle
- flagged as pre diabetic. Told to reduce carbs and sugars, fats.
- bloating/anema in legs and body. Things don't fit. Legs swollen.
- extreme fatigue… often going to bed at 7pm these days, no time for my own activities or projects
Been doubling up the effort on a few things to try to adjust:
- no more candy, and reduced chips/carbs snacks by ~80%
- walking and trying to reach 3 to 4 peloton sessions a week, pending ankle healing
- eating a load of salad, baked chicken pitas
- loads of veggies errday
