- slave owners who went bankrupt after the Civil War
- Jewish survivors of the Holocaust
- Japanese survivors of US internment camps
- Native Americans through the Indian Claims Commission and multiple other legislation
- Miners for radiation exposure
- Sterilization victims
- U.S. farmers during Trump 1.0
There is no reason Black people shouldnt be compensated for centuries of slavery and decades of segregation. We’re not even out of Jim Crow.

Hasn't even been a year and Zohran's governance is having a massive impact on my family. Our daycare was able to open a 15-seat 3K program because of the 2,000 extra seats the admin funded. Everyone we know got in somewhere they wanted. This is gonna save us almost 50 grand.

Did you guys know there was a plan for *another* casino near the High Line in Manhattan?
