I been losing multiples 6figs trynna chase it for a year now , i always zero then run back up then zero .
I figured out that most of the sol i lose is from bundling and forcing narratives, i will completly stop doing that shit and focus on holding/bidding better coins.
And I need to work on consistancy instead of aming big everyday.
I will try to journal on X , not for views or anything ama just write everything that comes into my mind.
Prolly gonna move out aswell and not leave the house for a good 3-4months.

Quick transparency, I genuinely haven’t been enjoying trading recently. Since the 12th, I haven’t really been feeling like myself. It’s weird because I know I love trading, but at the same time, I just haven’t been enjoying it like I used to. I feel like I’ve lost that love for it, but maybe that’s just me coping because I’ve been losing. Maybe all it takes is one good day for me to get that feeling back, but mentally, I’ve been so fucked that even my perp trading has taken a hit.
I feel like I got too comfortable, and now I’m paying the price for it. By comfortable, I mean I stopped caring as much about how much I was losing, started slacking, and stopped holding myself to the same standards I used to. I know that’s on me, and I’ve got to take accountability for it.
Regardless, I’ll be back. I’m ending this month with 5k, and I genuinely believe I can do it. I just need to get my head straight and lock back in. But right now, I can’t lie, I haven’t been feeling like myself at all.
