This is an interesting example of @HPE_Aruba_NETW always-on switching, with always-on POE. Even as a switch reboots, POE power is maintained so that device reboot/recalibrate/resync/etc is not required. This is a UXI sensor during switch firmware update.
The famous terrarium complete with heater to show off the @HPE_Aruba_NETW CX 4100i ruggedised switch arrived back after an 8000km trip with a postcard and souvenirs from Perth! (Previously known as the fishtank when it had water and outdoor APs!)

I am normally making connections, not cutting them off! The rack and some contents will be reused elsewhere, and the rest recycled.
This is what decades (at least 30+ years) of cable build-up looks like after removing from a DC prior to refurbishment. This was one of multiple carts (approx 2 cubic metres each) just from these rooms. And yes, you can see thick ethernet in there!
A fancy new long-sleeve T-shirt from @ArubaNetworks highlighting the updated branding "HPE Aruba Networking" has just arrived!
Having the correct tools available always makes work easier and safer. With this lifter I can install and de-install even a 22RU device by myself. It gets a fair bit of use in the @HPE_APAC Sydney Solution Centre as you can see from the wear on the lifting plate!
