It's halfway through the year, and idk about you, but I've totally forgotten the 2026 goals I set for myself in December. So I decided to do something about it and created the Mid-Year Checkpoint! reflectionlab.xyz/p/the-mid-… (Pairs nicely with the @YearCompass IYKYK)

Feeling “successful” but empty is more common than you think. If anything, it’s extremely common in high-achieving people. You drive towards a goal tirelessly, and as soon as you hit it, you set your sights on the next one. But it doesn’t have to be that way....

Turning it around doesn’t have to be that complicated. You can start with something as simple as changing your vocabulary. Inspired by the recent podcast bw @alexhormozi and @TonyRobbins, I developed a 24-min guided reflection to walk you through this. thereflectionguy.xyz/p/refle…

I did a lot of thinking in my time away from Twitter and work. A big part of that: how I've been lucky to build my dream life in my 20s, And how I can help others to do the same in their lives. First of many threads incoming on this later today.

Want to know the secret to making it? Whether we're talking: • web3 • twitter • wealth The secret is that you have to be RELENTLESS. You have to show up every day expecting nothing. You have to be so stubborn that it even irritates you.

Being a freelancer f*cking rules. I haven't heard enough people mention the financial benefits. You can generally charge 1.2-1.5x for the same work, and you save an insane amount on taxes if you do it right. Don't sleep on freelance work.

I always struggled to find the "best" idea to build a business around. But I was doing it all wrong. Ideas don't come to you passively. You need to actively work on something to get your brain flowing. If you feel stuck like I did, work on the best idea you have right NOW.

One of my goals while I'm in Austin: Normalize hanging out with friends while doing sauna, cold plunges, breathwork, and yoga, Instead of bars, clubs, and restaurants. Just a massive win all around

There's something about writing to-do's down by hand that's SO much more effective than on your phone or computer. I have a greater sense of "I need to get this done," and it's a lot more fun crossing them off.

Running is a lot like school. You have a time-bound final goal to work towards. You know what you have to do to get there. It can suck sometimes, but you just gotta execute.
