The loudest mouthed, most ai-pilled voices on here constantly yapping about “code review is obsolete just have an extra agent check the first agent’s work” etc would be slightly less obnoxious if not for * waves hands * This constant enshittification

The main advantage of human written code is that there exists a human who wrote the code, understands it and can answer questions about it without lying or hallucinating.
AI can obviously be used to be more productive, and there's no ontological reason why human-written code is inherently better but the sheer amount of slop generated internally despite passing *700 tests* is simply staggering. there's just no alternative to cleaning up the slop

I can see why you might think that you don't need to check the work of LLMs when you work on web applications

I just find it funny how Arab royals can come to the UK and get absolutely shitfaced on Class-A drugs but want people executed for doing the same thing in their country 😂
Royal passed out on London street with three-year-old child after cocaine binge

Rust compiler: "I cannot allow you to compile this because reference x might outlive borrowed scope y on line 42." C compiler: "You want to cast an integer to a function pointer and jump straight into uninitialized heap memory? Hell yeah brother, here's your binary."

Every time I've looked at the code, the LLMs have snuck something really, really nefarious and awful. Seriously, every single time It's been over a year now. And I still have to read the code.
