🚨THE WEAPONIZATION OF THE COURTS: SOMEONE PUT WORDS IN MY MOUTH, FABRICATED COMMENTS ENDORSING MURDER AND VIOLENCE, AND SUBMITTED THEM TO A JUDGE AS EVIDENCE AGAINST ME.🚨 I need independent journalists to listen up. Because if they can do this to me, they can and will do this to you. This is something I myself, and even my attorneys, have never seen, and it is unprecedented in our experience. Today, the plaintiffs who filed a protective order against me because of my reporting attended a hearing on a motion to extend the bogus TPO against me. CJ was there. Insane activists Candice Matthews and Quanell X attempted to intimidate my attorney in the halls while Quanell said, and I quote, “We’ll catch you outside.” Thankfully, when the hearing was over, local authorities stopped my attorneys from leaving and escorted them out the back of the courthouse for THEIR safety. I attended via Zoom, as I was advised to do. The TPO was extended. Why? Because Adjua Umoja-Justice told the judge that I had weaponized my following against the Brantleys, that they had been threatened, and that they feared for their lives. Keep in mind, I have never threatened, harassed, or stalked the Brantleys. I have reported on the debunked Sea Tow audio, which I maintain was discredited by the evidence reviewed in the Nolan Wells case, and I burned their cease-and-desist letter on camera. As is my RIGHT to do under the First Amendment. What was said by Justice, the attorney, was shocking. She claimed that when someone made a threat against the Brantleys, I responded to that threat by saying, “Yup, doesn’t sound like a bad idea.” I GASPED, and thank God no one could hear me on Zoom. Why did she say this? Because she was referring to these exhibits that have been submitted to the court in support of their protective order. These. Are. FAKE. And I CHALLENGE them to prove they are real. I have never, EVER condoned behavior like this, nor have I ever encouraged anyone to “unalive” someone (I detest that word) or drive by and shoot up someone’s house. I do not even speak like this. And knowingly submitting FAKE documents to a court is an extremely serious matter that can carry professional and legal consequences. I want these exhibits authenticated. I want to know where they originated, who created or captured them, and whether the alleged comments can actually be traced to my Facebook account. Because I am telling you right now, I NEVER MADE THOSE COMMENTS. The attorney specifically brought up my reporting on Karmelo Anthony and Nolan Wells. This, in my opinion, tells me that everyone who has come for me since my accurate and detailed reporting on these cases may be involved, connected, and attempting to take away my voice and my JOB. This is targeting to the highest degree. This is the weaponization of the courts to silence a media reporter. And it won’t work. And I hope the Brantleys understand that since I have decided to pursue a defamation suit, these documents, once proven to be fake, will be submitted as further evidence in my own case against them. I have undergone the most insane attacks on me, my family, and my livelihood. My life has been threatened. A man is in prison for stalking and harassing me to the point of extreme stress while I was pregnant last year. I was swatted. I was targeted with CPS. I have messages from people who threatened to kill me and slit my children’s throats. I would never, EVER condone this behavior toward anyone. These lies are sick, and the truth WILL be known because that’s the side I’m on. Anyone who has even been following my work over the last few years knows that my reporting has been confirmed in the Karmelo Anthony case AND in the Nolan Wells case. They know I do not speak in this manner. They know that I don’t respond to comments like this. I REFUSE to allow this cowardly, demonic hunt to stop me or shut me down. You want a fight?
