Thanks for all the love on the recent ESP32 journey I've gone on with Hermes. For those looking to do this themselves.
I brought this one:
s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_c3…
Point your Hermes here:
github.com/RegeneratusLabs/p…
I can't claim all the credit, Hermes researched, found and advised and then reverse engineer the device and built it. Now you have a shortcut to get your Hermes to do the same (my Hermes made the skill and pushed it to my github)
Have fun!
How do I join a lab that does this
We are bringing agents to the wet-lab bench at Google Research to navigate complex biological landscapes. Learn how we are grounding agents in physical lab robotics to run fast closed-loop molecular design cycles, ultimately discovering single-digit nanomolar protein binders for cancer targets →goo.gle/4B5mMMB

"Prompting is going away. Delete everything, keep Graph."
In just 69 minutes, he shows how to build graphs and why they're the only layer that survives in the end
Prompts → Agents → Loops → Graphs
a loop keeps one agent running until the job is done
a graph decides which agents exist and what each one passes to the next
anyone can build an agent, almost nobody builds the graph that runs them
watch it today, then save the full guide on graphs below before everyone starts catching up ↓

Training AI agents with reinforcement learning can be challenging because their tools, context, and decision-making are managed by complex frameworks. Agent Lightning connects existing agents to RL training, making it easier to improve them without rebuilding them.: msft.it/6019aokV1

One of my favorite agent patterns is pairing a frontier cloud planner with a fast, private local workforce.
With local model support in the Antigravity SDK (via LiteRT), Gemini 3.8 Flash can act as the cloud architect (95 tokens, zero source code uploaded) while a local swarm of Gemma 4 26B A4B agents runs 97% of the tokens offline to audit, patch, and test code on-device.

Price site work from your desk before rolling a truck to the property with new tools from Google Earth. goo.gle/4yzqlsK
"Google Earth helps us save time and win project bids because we don't need to be on-site to build an accurate quote. Combining imagery with site assessment tools allows us to move faster, better serve our customers, and remotely assess sites for field work at large commercial properties."
- JR Madrid, President, Custom Scapes
Quoting grading or maintenance across sites usually requires sending someone out just to scope the bid.

Your kid wants a drone.
DJI Mini 4K: $299. It films in 4K. It weighs under 249 grams. It comes with a remote.
Flix is the other kind. An ESP32, four motors, a 3D-printed frame. 2.1k stars. The flight code is under 2,000 lines. Short enough to read in an afternoon.
The sensor reads the tilt. The code levels the motors. You steer.
A phone can fly it over Wi-Fi. So can a USB gamepad. So can a normal remote. No app store account.
Gazebo runs the same Arduino code on screen before you arm the real one. Break the plastic, print another. The frame files are STL and STEP, in the repo.
There is a Python library for scripted flights. A wireless command line. A flight-control textbook, still being written. Position hold is on the list. It is not done.
One honest note. This is not a DJI. No camera. No GPS. A crash can break more than the frame. The author says it may not fly, and is not responsible for injury.
If you want the video, buy the Mini 4K. If you want to read how a drone stays in the air, build a Flix.
