kinda dark times tbh, people lashing out at each other more than ever made the decision within the last few weeks to basically cut my purely financial crypto exposure. I don't own bitcoin, I don't own alts, I don't own memes. I only own cryptoart/NFTs... and it's a bag I would happily carry to zero, both mentally and financially. I see a lot of people who preach on the timeline about artists needing more support, or about xyz NFT collection needing more love... but then their on chain wallets show they spend all their extra liquidity on memecoins (and mostly lose it). stiffen up. life is not all about short term financial gains, and the ones who log on everyday only seeking that, rarely find it. I don't think crypto is the only "generational" trade in the markets anymore, there are many. I don't enjoy the narratives being spun around most fungible coins, few people hold them ideologically anymore and the space is just toxic as hell. so I'm good. I'm not tapping out. I'm investing in things that bring me happiness, reflection and camaraderie and that I think are very important long term for humanity.. and the only space in crypto I feel that right now is in art and NFTs. it's been a very fruitful and peaceful few weeks, looking forward to many more.
