I have some tough news.
Today, @_buildspace is closing.
I wanna be real about everything.
It’s not because of investor pressure, runway, internal drama, monetization, or any of those reasons.
The actual reason is a bit more personal.
I wrote a letter about it below.
I know this company means so much to so many people. I hope after reading the letter, you can understand.
Ty for the five best years of my life.
No matter what happens, ily.

👋 introducing know your product.
an app that tells you how healthy a packaged product is before you put it in your cart.
-📸scan: open the kyp app and click a picture of the label of any packaged product.
- 🍱analyze: wait a few seconds while kyp decodes the ingredient list, nutrition facts, and other label information. the app processes this data through its extensive database.
- 🧠learn: review the detailed breakdown kyp provides. check the safety rating, ingredient insights, potential health risks, allergen alerts, and sustainability information to make an informed decision about the product.
now available in beta on both android and ios.
🚦60 ppl from across 10 countries have joined the beta in the last 6 weeks, and scanned 570+ products.
comment if you want to try out the app too!🛡️

Enjoy Japan's hot springs while working!
I'm planning a retreat for those interested in Japan, where you can enjoy hot springs and work remotely.
Our hot spring retreat plans are coming together nicely.
🗓️Timeframe: Late October or early November
🕐Duration: 7 days
♨️Location: Ikaho Onsen
🤑Accommodation cost: Around $400~$500 per person
There's also a co-working space nearby for those who prefer not to work from the ryokan.
Interested?
