Saw a guy call it cuck coding instead of vibe coding because you just sit in a chair and watch😭

Because if you spend more than 1 hour per month building and maintaining it yourself, you're losing money
Why would I pay $15/month for your software when I can plan, build, review, improve, host, launch, scale, secure, patch, monitor and debug it myself?
MotionLens now supports both macOS and Windows machines!
Browse and preview your Adobe Motion Graphic Template files straight from Windows Explorer, without opening up any Adobe apps.
Or, hit "Extract" to open the source project in After Effects.
Quicklook for MOGRTs: motionlens.captioneer.com/
We made 🔍 MotionLens, the MOGRT utility that Adobe forgot about for 10 years. And it’s 100% free.

>see "Adobe is done" all over timeline
>wow, entire suit rebuilt
>"Every Crafting App is written from scratch in Rust and held to the same rules."
>"native, not wrapped"
>Adobe must actually be over
>download one app
>5gb RAM idle, 100% CPU, not responding
>look inside
>Tauri
They said "pls no electron or tauri", AI did it anyway, but sloppers don't look at the code or use their own stuff.
I think Adobe will be fine
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The Crafting Apps shown (e.g. PhotoCraft) use native egui/eframe, not Tauri. The separate ArtCraft AI app uses Tauri. Poster confirmed checking ArtCraft.

The most important part when picking a caption tool is:
How many minutes can you actually transcribe?
Some plugins give you an allowance of only 100 minutes per month.
aka 1.6 hours 👎
You caption 1 podcast and get hit with overage fees. Or even worse, you get locked out entirely.
Some others give you 1,000 or even 1,500 minutes.
Whoopee.
They might rate-limit you and your processing takes 10x longer though.
Do you want to count credits and minutes while you are editing?
Hell no, you don't.
You want unlimited captions and to focus on your actual work.
A 100% offline plugin gives you unlimited transcription without charging a toll every time you click "add captions".
That's why 100% offline transcription is the only choice for Captioneer.
Recently noticed some of our competitors are putting out AI-generated SEO spam, misinformation, or outright copying the Captioneer plugin.
So to correct the record, we now have a dedicated "Compare" page.
There's dozens of small copycat caption plugins who didn't make the cut. Do your research and pick a caption plugin that's worth your hard-earned cash.
