After ~5 years as Executive Director of @RegenFdn , Iβm formally transitioning out of the role and starting a new company: River Computer.

A thread Im excited about right now is the notion of "contextual integrity", or what I'm calling broad data:
not bigger datasets, but more kinds of situated knowledge made interoperable.
Scale through plurality, not volume.

If youβre building in claims infrastructure, sovereign data, ecological governance, land covenants, AI/data governance, climate finance, or coordination infrastructure for the living and digital commons, we should talk.

The institutions needed to reboot political life in the face of centralized intelligence and authority will form in the buffer zone surrounding rivers and water systems. Its how society emerged ages ago, and how we will rediscover it now.
