Implemented a standalone sentry server for logging and error aggregation. Sending logs from all my websites to it now. Much happier.

Spent hours on a unicode bug before realizing that MySQL "utf8" only supports 3-byte unicode characters and chokes on 4-byte unicode :-(

#emacs tip: M-z (zap-to-char) is a fast and flexible way to kill text. Combined with C--, it can kill text in a backwards direction.
