The Jayden Higgins injury news reminds me of the curse of the WR5, and how you dont want to be there pre draft. Here is the list...
2026 - KC Concepcion
2025 - Jayden Higgins
2024 - AD Mitchell
2023 - Jaylin Hyatt
2022 - Treylon Burks
2021 - Elijah Moore
2020 - Denzel Mims
2019 - Hakeem Butler
2018 - James Washington
2017 - Juju Smith-Schuster* (decent data, very easily couldve been Curtis Samuel or Zay Jones though)
I think this is less of an issue of the consensus board, and more of an issue with simulators.
Every other mock I see is one generated using one... so they are at the mercy of that specific site's rankings.
Previous to 3 years ago, people had to do their own research before creating a mock.
“The phenomenon of the consensus board didn’t exist years ago. It’s a newer thing. Over the last three years or so, more teams seem to be drafting the same as the Ravens."
GM Eric DeCosta opens up about the draft process on The Lounge.

Anyone remember where @McShay13 said he'd expect Cole Payton to be drafted while on @PardonMyTake ?
Me thinks he owes them a video...

I have zero clue how Vrabel isn't getting a huge punishment?
He was sleeping with an NFL insider who was doing his bidding and getting info from other teams..
How in the world is that not collusion?
Last time I checked when teams get caught tampering, its a serious offense.

A recap of today’s bonkers events:
1.) NY Post released damning photos of Vrabel kissing Dianna Russini in 2020 while wearing his wedding ring and 6 months before she was married
2.) TMZ releases a 2024 photo of Vrabel and Russini smiling together at a casino
3.) Mike Vrabel calls a last-minute press conference to say very little
4.) Twitter sleuths connect the dots showing that Vrabel may be the father of Russini’s first born son “Michael.” People are calling for paternity tests
5.) Dave Portnoy, a former Russini supporter said “You just can’t name your kid the same name as the guy you are having an affair with. We have entered bananland with this story and nothing is off the table.”
6.) Dianna Russini deletes her X account
