The Chinese Arcane Box the true First Edition in Riftbound has been climbing in price almost every day. It's limited to just 5,000 copies. Meanwhile, the English Arcane Box has been declining, exactly as I expected. I've said it many times: the English box is cool, but it will never have the same historical significance or legacy as the Chinese Arcane Box. Collectors don't just buy cards they want to own a piece of history. And that's exactly what the Chinese Arcane Box represents: a one-of-a-kind milestone that can never be recreated.

I've been buying a lot this week, this was the first pick up I made earlier this week. Most people don't know, but Worlds Teemo in both languages is actually relatively hard to grade. The boxes often cause them to get dings on the corners or edges. CN Teemos specifically have a much smaller premium for pristine grades than I think they should. I'm super bullish on both languages of Worlds Teemos, and sealed Worlds boxes at this point. Lots of mail posts coming soon! Riftbound released a First Edition box exclusively for the Chinese market. The cards in this box are the very first Riftbound cards ever produced, making them a unique part of the game's history. The print run was limited to just 5,000 boxes. These cards were produced with an exceptionally high level of quality. That premium production wasn't carried over to the main release, likely because it would have been too expensive to scale. As a result, these cards have a look and feel that immediately sets them apart from regular Riftbound cards. At around €2,000, I personally think this box is incredibly undervalued. People spend €30,000 or more on rare chase cards all the time, yet many overlook items like this because they haven't looked into the history behind them. For me, owning the very first chapter of Riftbound's story is far more compelling than simply owning another rare card.
