At present, we are not seeing any indication that the Starlink restrictions have been lifted.
There are isolated cases where a Starlink terminal may operate somewhat faster than the imposed limit, but this is most likely due to SpaceX’s algorithms or specific operating conditions, rather than the restriction being removed.

Just got information from two Ukrainian units on the ground.
Despite claims that Elon Musk "put it back," Ukrainian officials and units on the ground confirm the system's performance remains heavily restricted. Speed caps are still crippling critical drone ops on the frontline.
🚨 The Speed Cap Crisis:
Terminal speeds remain capped at around 110–160 km/h (68–100 mph). While normal for stationary internet, this restriction creates catastrophic drops for high-speed military hardware.
🛑 The Critical Flaws & Issues:
• Shahed Interceptors Failing: Fast interceptor drones designed to hunt down Russian targets completely lose connection mid-flight the moment they pass the speed limit, leaving them blind and uncontrolled.
• Middle Strike Vulnerability: Medium-range strike UAVs are heavily disrupted, losing vital telemetry, live video feeds, and real-time operator control during missions.
• Recon & Relay Blackouts: Drones responsible for transmitting live battlefield video or acting as communication links for other units suffer 10-to-20-second connection drops.
• Logistics Grounded: Separate logistics UAVs lose their en-route path correction capabilities while attempting to deliver food, water, and supplies to frontline troops.
A 20-second communication blackout means a lost drone and a failed mission. The system is far from fully functional. 🇺🇦

The situation with Starlink/Starshield remains unclear.
Some units of Ukraine's Defense Forces have reported that service has been restored for flights at speeds above the previously set limits. However, this applies to far from all missions. Some of them were disrupted because, in certain cases, the restrictions remain in effect.
Earlier, Trump claimed that satellite communication systems for Ukrainian troops had allegedly been fully restored.

BREAKING: Dutch spies hacked Jared Kushner's iPhone and watched him access a Dubai bank account holding hundreds of millions funneled from Azerbaijan, part of at least $2 billion MBS and MBZ placed for him after he promised to push their agenda with Trump, per a Vanity Fair excerpt.

The reveal comes as Kushner is deeply involved in Iran war diplomacy, where Iran has accused him and Steve Witkoff of pocketing $9 billion through market manipulation, using insider knowledge of the talks to trade oil futures, energy stocks, and prediction markets.

Ukraine is not Russia. That's Putin’s problem – refusing to recognize a separate nation, refusing to recognize a separate country – that's what did him in. He was shown a military operation that was supposed to take three days. We found parade uniforms in their various military vehicles. They were literally marching to a parade. He still doesn't understand and doesn't want to admit that this is a different nation, a different people.
They were advancing on Kyiv from all directions. Their main goal was to seize the capital of Ukraine. They reached Kyiv. They trapped us, and then we started hammering them, and they didn't know what to do about it. They were especially shocked when they drove toward the capital and people were just throwing burning mixtures. People were setting their armor on fire. It wasn't a matter of some general being an idiot. I believe the one who gave the order just didn't fully realize what was happening.
Because what does taking Kyiv mean? When you've taken those towns on the way to Kyiv, you have to leave troops behind to hold those towns. And that takes a huge number of people. It's a pretty large territory. If the people inside offer resistance, then you need an army to hold every town. That was their mistake. They didn't even realize there would be resistance. That was their main mistake. That's it.
