😡angry with myself for not doing research before installing arch.
Tried installing arch linux, installed all application needed for my everyday development task :
- mongodb and compass, vs code, postman,
- node, CRA, brave,
- especially gnome (😁) (actually addicted to it)
Lesson learned after this headache:
- arch is fine to use as a developer
- not as difficult to learn coming from debian distro
- never to directly try distro on main machine, always to do it first in vm.
- packages installation is fun .
