When you're in the THICK of depression, therapy can feel so heavy. You're unpacking things that hurt, trying to make sense of what you're experiencing and sometimes just trying to get through the day. Even showing up can take so much out of you.

Both seasons deserve the same attention, care and commitment though. I’ve realised how You don’t have to only go to therapy to put yourself back together but you can also go there to maintain the progress you’ve made.
