Here is the montage BBC Sport aired at the end of their Olympics coverage.
Excellent and engaging presentation at @ConfedExpo on AI by @danielsusskind and found this slide so helpful on the fallacy of AI
Brilliant teaching by @sudhir_daya this morning- talking about the very important topics of social power, privilege, diversity and inclusivity within midwifery… taught in a very engaging way and grabbing the attention of our students
Over enthusiastic silver pen shaking by my daughter & we now have lovely festive and sparkly dining room walls… which is fortunate because paint splattered, festive walls was exactly the look I think my husband meant to create when he recently decorated the dining room…
After a great week teaching our pre-reg MSc students alongside the talented @sudhir_daya on all things leadership, health inequalities, behavioural science, motivation, power & privilege in leadership … I’m very much looking forward to diving into this book this weekend!
Have spent this week hanging out in some cool coffee shops, doing some work & I have never felt older in my life!! Not helped by the fact that I have had to have a firm chat with myself that it is not ok, EVER, for me to chat to people about their postures 😱 #alwaysaphysio
My daughter was unfortunately unwell yesterday & needed to go to hospital. @LandDHospital your team were brilliant- from the ED, to the urgent care GP, to the Paeds Assessment Unit… they looked after her with such speed & kindness. Please pass on my huge thanks to the team!

I’m excited to be starting as @UH_HSK Principal Lecturer in Leadership Development with @CarysAG on Monday -we can’t wait to get started, to grow & develop our leadership development work, building on the great work that is already happening #futureleaders #leadershipdevelopment
Teaching this morning alongside @sudhir_daya on Social Power and History of leadership- such a powerful and important lecture for all of our @UH_HSK MSc students… encouraging our students to interrogate the history of leadership and power
Just sit with this question for a minute… why not you? What is the story you are telling yourself that is getting in your way?
There is nothing like the power of a viva to really examine our students’ development as leaders… however as we near the end of this year’s powerful vivas… this introverted lecturer will just be taking a moment to recharge her batteries! #selfcare #leadership #cspldp
Here’s to strong women: May we know them, may we be them, may we raise them! #IWD2023
