I've been building a SaaS for 5 years and always wanted to explore hardware. Now I have the money to finally do it. Excited to find out if this can become a real product.
In short: German companies need a US entity to get investments.
EU company types are abysmal for venture funding. @euinc_petition is trying to change that, but already is getting gutted of its core feature before even being given the vote.
EU lawmakers NEED to understand that!

Registering the GmbH took longer than training their first model, Flux 1. That’s just too slow. They need top investors – and for that, a US company is the gold standard.
