in case you didn't know a trans woman was denied care for cancer in the UK because they refused to put her on either sex segregated ward (mens or womans). she died because of this. 16 days without treatment and she died. this new guidance has killed and will kill trans people
i mean it would hardly be the first horror movie where the twist is that the protagonist was the villain all along. it's a pretty common trope and you don't have to literally be controlling jimmy with a mouse to get across the idea of an unreliable and biased narrator
