I think men should "elevate" their woman out of love and respect for her and how accessible it makes or doesn't make her to other men, shouldn't even come into it.

Most men aren't smart enough to realize that the higher you elevate your woman, the less available she is for other men. When you break her down, you make her accessible to anyone she thinks will treat her better.

The idea of separating the artist from the art is a lie that is only brought up for negative issues, and is a perfect philosophy for looking away. It pretends as if the person and their heinous actions doesn't benefit from people pretending the artist is a separate entity.
