Since Texas joined the SEC, this crew has been the worst. With referee Daniel Gautreaux, Texas averages 11 flags and 111 penalty yards a game (4 games). Every other game: 55 yards. Three of UT’s six worst penalty games came with this crew. @orangebloods_ orangebloods.com/2026/10/28/…

Sources: Mississippi State star QB Kamario Taylor will miss the rest of the season, as he faces surgery on his injured toe. Taylor has an appointment today to get his toe checked out by a specialist and could have surgery as early as tomorrow. He’s expected to make a full recovery.
