The Specialist Academy spent the session last night with @TMPCoach on group mental performance training.
Our athletes wore Muse 2 brain-sensing headbands and followed live EEG feedback on iPads — seeing focus, calm, and attention shift in real time instead of guessing how locked in they were.
That data turns “stay focused” into something they can actually train: notice when the mind wanders, reset under pressure, and build the same kind of reps they already put into technique. @IMGAFootball @CoachDonteIMGA @dzoloty @ParksCochrane @JETB12 @CoachKLang
