🐟 Portugal being on the ocean (and a clean ocean unlike many places) means you also have some of the best fish restaurants on the planet I'm not super into fish but here it's freshly caught the same day, you choose the fish, it's cut, salted and grilled on the barbecue for you And served very simple with some lemon, potatoes and rice 👌 (I will leave my opinion of bacalhau out of this)
