👉 Recently, a decentralized stablecoin initiative (on Kaspa) was announced via @KaspaDollar — The method would be an over-collateralized model, for maximum decentralization and zero backing from a bank.
👉 The original and primary Kaspa core developers and researchers are from Israel. Yonatan Sompolinsky, Michael Sutton, Aviv Zohar, Shai Wyborski, Ori Newman, etc… Furthermore, the project grew out of academic research at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem on scalable proof-of-work protocols.

What does this all mean? 🤔
👉 This does not mean Kaspa is in any way a centralized Israeli owned protocol. It has been repeatedly proven to be a fair launched, fixed in supply, proof-of-work BlockDAG protocol.
👉 But, it’s difficult to ignore the eerie similarities and connections regarding the origins of the early/core devs, their research and schooling, and Netanyahu’s plan for using blockchain to bypass centralized sanctioned control.
Personally, I view Kaspa as digital land. A permission-less, trust-less, neutral bearer ledger that settles in real-time decentralization. It’ll be used for all walks of life, just how tangible real earthly land is used today.

This framing slightly misses the point I was making.
Kaspa is a technological evolution of Bitcoin, but superior tech alone doesn’t create monetary value. Social consensus does. Bitcoin earned that over 15+ years. Kaspa hasn’t. Not yet.
What matters most right now is real adoption that creates economic demand. And no, Kaspa doesn’t need to replace Bitcoin to succeed.

I have undertaken this project to put a face to 9/11 by posting a photo of everyone killed that day. Pictured below was 30 year old Yvonne Bonomo who was a corporate travel booker for American Express who had been assigned to Marsh McLennan in the North Tower. She had just returned from a trip to Las Vegas to attend a friend's bridal shower and she was engaged to be married. She was still living with her parents and cell phone records show that she was trying to call her mother after the North Tower was struck but that the call never went through. To forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!

He beat a teenage girl with a hammer, strangled her, and then stabbed her to death.
Over a playful ear tug.
September 2203: Dejah Hood, 18, was helping Jamaurea Britton, 19, move into his Tyler, TX apartment.
A 1 year old she was babysitting was with her.
She playfully tugged Britton's ear.
He said it reminded him of his ex.
He admitted to beating her with a hammer and strangling her in a "fit of rage."
He drove the toddler to Dejah's mother's house.
When he came back, he found Dejah alive, and calling his name.
He then stabbed her several times, killing her.
He wrapped her in plastic wrap and sheets, and dumped her body in a ravine behind the complex.
Sept. 25, 2023: Her family reports her missing.
Sept. 26, 2023: Police find her body. Britton was jailed on a $1 million bond.
April 2024: Charge upgraded to capital murder with kidnapping.
Oct. 15, 2026: Convicted of capital murder.
Oct. 23, 2026: It took the jury under half an hour to give him the death penalty.
His history before the murder, per a detective's testimony:
▪️ Juvenile cellphone theft, with probation.
▪️ Criminal mischief for damaging someone's phone.
▪️ Unauthorized use of a vehicle, with probation.
▪️ A false robbery report to police in that vehicle case.
Also, according to prosecutors:
▪️ Sept. 20, 2023, days before the murder, he "swatted" his ex by calling 911 and claiming she stabbed him.
▪️ He had a "pattern of abuse" toward women.
▪️ He had images of dead women on his phone.
