A man helps a dying snake. The snake says, “Don’t worry. I won’t bite you.” "But your a snake" says he. After the snake regained strength, he bit the man. Dying, the man cried out, “You said you wouldn’t bite me!” the snake said, “You knew I was a snake when you picked me up.”

I will not watch the Atlanta Dream. My last game watching them was in a few days before Juneteenth. They played the Black National Anthem that day. They showed the Dream singing allegiance to that. I watched Angel sing every word of it. Im as disgusted now as I was back then.

🚨 BREAKING: The Atlanta Dream and the Golden State Valkyries just skipped the national anthem for the second straight WNBA Finals game.
The league's own rulebook requires players, coaches and trainers to stand along the sideline or foul line during the anthem. They broke it anyway, and the WNBA still hasn't said a word.
Fox's Joe Concha nailed it: "League officials are petrified of their own players."
These women make a living off the freedom this country gives them, and they can't stand for two minutes to respect it. Meanwhile, viewers are tuning out now that Caitlin Clark is gone.
No anthem, no audience. Keep it up, ladies.

🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: Legal expert Jonathan Turley confirms that Somali Rep. Ilhan Omar can face a VERY STRONG case for denaturalization, and her position in Congress means she might've been REPEATEDLY filing false information to the US government about her citizenship
IT'S TIME!!
"As a member of Congress, she has to continually file papers that may be repeating something that is false, that she may know is false. The civil case does not have a statute of limitations."
"The position of the government has been that even innocent errors if they would have prevented you from becoming a citizen can be the basis of denaturalization." 🔥🔥
Grand jury subpoenas are sent out, her home was raided, phone and passport seized, the case is RAPIDLY building.
Listing herself as 17 let her derive citizenship through her father instead of filing on her own, and that could've been a LIE
There also may be issues with her father's paperwork.
ILHAN'S DAYS IN THE US ARE NUMBERED
I concur

I will never watch a WNBA game unless Sophie Cunningham is playing.
Its why we love the Indiana Fever and Sophie now more than ever
The NFL tried this years ago. I turned it off. If you dont love this country, go play in Russia. Ask Brittnay how that works

The WNBA has always been a disgrace to America. So it’s no surprise that both the Atlanta Dream and the Golden State Valkyries walked off the court before the National Anthem was played ahead of Game 1 of the WNBA Finals on Saturday. That’s a deliberate choice to disrespect the flag and the country that made the WNBA league and the player salaries possible.
Players can protest on their own time. Leaving the court right before the anthem at the biggest stage of the season is a clear message. They don’t want to stand for the country they’re playing in.
The WNBA has spent years turning every event into politics. This walk-off is just the latest example of that pattern. The league keeps choosing activism over the game and then acts surprised when fans tune out.
The WNBA and both teams have stayed silent on why the players left the court. The silence says as much as the walk-off. If they had a real explanation they would’ve given it. They didn’t.
The stunt by the players is just the same boring disrespect for America that we’ve seen for many years by many supposed professional athletes who act like petulant children. It’s nothing new and nothing impressive.
This isn’t about free speech. It’s about athletes using a championship game to show contempt for the country paying them. Most fans are tired of it. The WNBA keeps making the same mistake and then wonders why the audience stays small.
The WNBA players who walked off on Saturday aren’t making America look bad. They’re only making themselves look bad. Their league and their careers will go nowhere as long as they put politics ahead of performance.
Bella McCormick opened for Sierra Hull last night at the Gordon Center in Owings Mills MD. Huge beautiful voice, and she is very easy on the eyes too. Take a listen. Up and Commer. No CDs yet. Singing songs from the heart. Just listen

Interesting take on the future of Sophie & the Fever. The vid states she is the glue that binds the team together. There are the intangibles she brings to that team unmeasurable by stats. Im proud to wear her jersey. Unafraid, unapologetic, and with no hesitation. No doubt here.

Fake news...they know exactly where she is
SHE IS GONE — Ilhan Omar case reportedly takes unexpected turn...

She is one of the many reasons you do not abort the unborn children. Conception is the begining of life. Every fetus deserves a chance.. Where would you be if your mother chose abortion. Where would we be if the Virgin Mary chose abortion?
Kelly Loeffler is a smart woman. She brings common sense to the office she now holds. Just because your a from a family that farms doesn't mean your not intelligent. It means your farm tough, possesing common sense solutions ..... just like Cunningham

"In recognition of her hard work on the court and work for women's rights off the court, we couldn't think of a better selection."
Cunningham says she'll be "delighted" to receive the award in a ceremony later this month.
"I'd like Riley Gaines to present it."
What a class act.

Where ever Sophie signs, it means season ticket & Jersey sales. Im in on both. I was going for season tickets at Indy, but, Toronto & NYC are closer. She ain't done. Not a smart move by Indy to let her go. She loves that team. Things change. She has and fans love her for it
Sophie Cunningham is an unrestricted free agent after the Fever’s first-round loss to the Aces, and it does not sound like Indiana chose her athleticism over her politics.
Her one-year, $665,000 deal expired with the season. She averaged 7.9 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 43 games, shooting 46% overall and 41.9% from three, mostly as the bench shooter. Useful role-player numbers. Not the kind of production that forces a front office to ignore everything else.
Fever GM Amber Cox was asked if Cunningham’s off-court comments would affect whether they try to bring her back. Cox said no, called her a solid locker-room voice, and said they look forward to the talks. That is the official line. My read is different. A team that actually wanted her on basketball terms already had a year to lock her up. She said last spring she wanted more than one year in Indiana and preferred to stay. They gave her one year anyway. Now she is a free agent, other teams are in the mix, and the public statement is that politics will not be a factor.
That does not sound like a front office that ranked the player above the controversy. It sounds like a front office that kept the option open, avoided a hard commitment, and is now free to let the market decide. Portland, Toronto, and Chicago have already been floated. Nothing is signed. If Indiana wanted the shooter and the locker-room fit more than it wanted distance from the comments, the contract would have looked different before the season ended.

Look at the source. NYTimes. NYT would love to see the glue holding the team together gone. In the huddles during the game do you pay attention to who is talking? Do you see who SW communicates with during time outs. Its Sophie. NYT is a liberal rag and this is commentary report.
This is such a RIDICULOUS take.
If anything, Sophie is the type of teammate the Fever need; tough as nails, unafraid and unaffected by the constant drama that will surround the team (regardless of if she’s on it or not), and quite frankly, THRIVES under the spotlight.
The team loves her.
The locker room loves her.
The fans love her.
Bring her back.
