Recently found a lobby card for one of my VERY favorite cartoons that I've been hunting for YEARS... buuuut the quality left a lot to be desired, so I cleaned it up/interpreted it to ogle at it with maximum efficiency.

Some Duck broke into my house today, complaining that everyone was "raving" about how good Bugs Bunny looked with his "premium 2D animation" in Coyote vs. Acme. I was asked to bring said despicable rabbit down a peg

"We both know it would be VERY unpleasent if anything BIGGER were to become public". Redraw of a shot of Foghorn and John Cena from Coyote vs. ACME

30 year spokane county resident here. fires aren’t new in this region, my own neighborhood burned in ‘91, but in the past 10-ish years every summer has been fire season. fires don’t care how they got started, they just burn whatever’s dry, and there’s plenty of that around lately

anyone who actually lives here can tell you what the trend has been. i pray for my less fortunate friends and coworkers and i hope the arsonist gets what’s coming to him. but i fear for the coming years too.

I don’t care if I’m revealing my location. Last night, my house was destroyed from the Old Trails fire burning in Spokane, Washington. I have my family, my pets, but nothing else. I won’t have anyway to make money for a while, so I need donations. paypal.me/HFehlig

For as fast paced as Goodbye Lara episode 2 is, I love how slowly and carefully it's willing to approach its more emotional and contemplative scenes. Nearly an entire minute single shot of Mari showing Lara how to drink hot chocolate with no dialogue. And it's PEAK!

今日は大塚康生さんの御命日。亡くなって五年目の可楽忌。可楽忌に合わせてイラストを描きました。大塚さんが描いた「カリ城」のポスター案がもしも採用・実現していたら…の二次創作です。

Russia has attacked the Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Film Studio in Kyiv, one of Ukraine’s oldest film studios. The strike damaged the studio’s costume workshop and destroyed Ukraine’s largest and oldest costume collection. The studio held around 100,000 costumes and three million items of clothing. Other buildings and facilities on the studio’s grounds were also damaged. Rescue and emergency services are currently working on the territory. Photos: from the account of Tetiana Berezhna, Minister of Culture of Ukraine.

RIP Marjane Satrapi, the great cartoonist and film director, best known for PERSEPOLIS. She was only 56. A great talent. She will be missed.
