@FURLENCO recently changed their whole app. They got a a new landing page, good animations and a very smooth payment page. But, they forgot to have an option to complete the KYC for order delivery. Not sure how could they forget such an important thing.
@FurlencoSupport told me that it would take 2 days for this tech issue to get resolved. It鈥檚 been more than a week. Maybe, @FURLENCO UI/UX change is not something you should be concentrating on. They did give a good cancel option for the order, maybe I should use that.
