I built a live Hummingbot command center for the Agent Builders Cup 🤖
Spent this stretch building a real dashboard around my Bitget perps stack. Not a screenshot of logs. One screen that actually runs the book.
One brain. Equity, free margin, slots, book PnL, and the best setup the bot will take, same signal the controller uses. If it is not READY, it does not fake it.
Signal Score on the right: ROC, RSI, Bollinger, volume. Open trades tagged BOT vs personal, so I can see what the engine owns vs what I put on.
Two engines in the stack. Scalp controller on Engine 1. Condor on risk. Paper first. Live only when I say so.

The main use case for $HBOT is governing which exchanges Hummingbot should support.
The reason is that there's a tragedy of the commons aspect to maintaining an open source codebase that integrates with every major crypto exchange. Most users only use their preferred set of exchanges, but each additional exchange introduces potential security risk and consumes maintenance/documentation bandwidth.
Any $HBOT holder may propose additional token utilities such as community bounties, trading competitions, buybacks, etc. But the main use case we've seen happen organically over the past 4 years has been new connector proposals.
